hey ~ are meeting & ga minutes being posted here?

    • Brian says:

      Hi Nicole,

They should be posted on the front page. I will make sure they get up there. I am going to propose we create a “minutes” tab and have them all posted there, either that or in the forum.

  2. -Levi says:

    I second that, Brian.

  3. Laura says:

I believe the Occupy movement is something the country needs to give the majority a voice at least as loud as the Limbaugh-types; however, I’m disappointed in some of the Lincoln Occupiers who have chosen to undermine the Occupy purpose by campaigning for legalizing marijuana. I could care less if marijuana is legal or not, but these actions by a few Occupiers are just reinforcing the belief that many have that Occupiers are lazy hippies. If you’re campaigning for something, focus on that one thing. Don’t make it into a Christmas tree for other things, else your efforts will be for naught

    • Levi says:

This is a conversation we’ve had many times, but it ultimately boils down to we don’t/can’t/won’t tell people what signs they can and can’t make.

      • Laura says:

I guess that would be consistent with the Occupy movement’s lack of clearly articulated goals/purpose.

        • Levi says:

I’m sorry you feel that way, please feel free to join in and talk with us about topics like this at one of our General Assemblies.
